Private and duet sessions will be billed every 4 weeks and payment is automatically taken by direct debit. All clients paying on a subscription plan will receive 4 sessions per 28-day
billing cycle. Clients will receive priority to book into their preferred recurring appointment timeslot. Unused sessions don't roll over to the next 4 week's cycle, and no cash refunds are available. This payment option secures your regular appointment and you won't miss out on your session.
Option 2: Pay as you go. You book and pay to attend a session when there are appointment timeslots available. These appointments are placed on the calendar for clients to book into on a first come first serve basis.

Option 1: Reformer trio sessions will be billed every 4 weeks and payment is automatically taken by direct debit. All clients on a subscription plan will receive 4 sessions per 28-day
billing cycle. Clients will receive priority to book into their preferred recurring appointment timeslot. If your preferred regular timeslot happens to be fully booked, or you can't make your regular appointment you can book a different session as long as it's within the 4-week billing cycle and there are spaces available in other trio classes. Unused sessions don't roll over to the next cycle, and no cash refunds are available.
Option 2: Pay as you go. You book and pay to attend a session when there are spaces available. There is no guarantee that an appointment will always be available as a drop-in session is on a first come first serve basis.
